You can push a live copy of your data to the Office 365 gateway for other non-Sage users (with a Sage 50 seat) therefore you will be able to view the data.

You can take photos of receipts or invoices, backup your data to OneDrive and much more.  Connectivity with Office 365 makes Sage 50c a very powerful tool for your business.

Anywhere, Anytime Access

You can access anywhere, anytime either via SageDrive to post transactions on a desktop version of Sage. Besides that, if you’re not in the office, you can report access to your data via a web browser or record/photograph transactions on a mobile app.  The choice is yours.


Automated Cloud Backup & Check Data

New schedule backup to the cloud. This sends a check data email notification to your inbox which advises you of any errors, warnings or comments.


Sage Intelligence Reporting

Easy in-depth drag and drop designer.

You have anywhere access to reports via an Internet Browser there is no need to access your Sage installation, download to Excel and save to OneDrive (see YouTube clips below).

Copies of the documents can be viewed on OneDrive directly from Sage (you just click an icon).

Consequently you can go paperless and still meet HMRC’s requirements for producing documents on request.

Sage are currently developing this app to auto-post directly to the program using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.

We’ve not been given an exact release date for this exciting update yet, but we’re told it will be very soon!
