Sage 50Cloud accounts is the NEW name for the Sage 50 Accounts range.
To make life easier for you we have listed below the up to date names for the Sage 50 desktop accounts software which now has the added benefit of adding integration with Office 365, Sage Drive, Sage Tracker and Sage Mobile Sales app, making managing your accounts and businesses easier on the go and without having to have your Sage software installed on every device, giving the accessibility for an overview of your data on the go.
Not only is it perfect for busy business owners that can’t switch off while relaxing on a beach or while playing taxi service to the children it’s also great for sales people on the road, meaning that they can check on your customers accounts position without calling the office en route to check their credit position etc. With the added benefits of PEGG, the worlds 1st accounting chatbot you can be hands free and still get the information required, meaning that it is also perfect for dictating or updating information while on the go, plus it’s now available to link with Facebook Messenger and Skype.
Sage 50cloud Accounts Software
Sage 50cloud Accounts software comes with a few different options, depending on the level of functionality you require, see our handy table here for comparison. You may be using an older version of Sage Accounts, like Sage Instant Accounts. Sage Instant Accounts was replaced by Sage 50 Essentials back in 2015 and has all the same functionality as Sage Instant Accounts but with great added extras.
As of February 2018 HMRC decommissioned their VAT portal and now the only version of the Sage 50 Accounts family that allows you to submit your VAT through your Sage software to HMRC is the latest version 24 (2018).

- Sage 50cloud Standard (up to 10 companies, up to 2 concurrent users only) was Sage Accounts and Sage Accounts Plus
- Sage 50cloud Professional (up to 10 companies, up to 20 concurrent users) was Sage 50 Professional
