Important information from Sage
We are aware that you may be asked to enter your Sage ID sign in details when opening Sage Accounts.
This is due to a Sage Drive update which will require you to re-enter your username and password.
Re-entering your sign in details will allow you to access the program.
If you cannot remember your email address
The email address will be the same one you use to access Sage Drive.
If this email address doesn’t work and you’re not sure which one to use, it will most likely be someone within your business, possibly the person who set up Sage Drive on your computer for you, please try alternative emails.
If you have forgotten your password
You can reset your password by clicking here and following the forgotten password option.
Once signed in, try to put these credentials in your software when prompted.
If these steps do not work, repeat them with any other emails you may have used to sign into Sage Drive in the past.
